Zhejiang Jiegao Textile Co., Ltd. is located in the Light Industrial Park of Lanxi, a city in Zhejiang well-known for its weaving industries. Conveniently connected with the Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway, the Jin-Qian Railway, and three major Waterways which run through the city, it has superb geographic advantage.
The company covers an area of 67,000 square meters, with fixed assets of RMB 200 million yuan. Adhering to the guideline of “high starting-point investment, high-precision equipment, high-end products, and high-quality talents” and having over 70% of its main production facilities imported from overseas, it has grown into an all-round comprehensive company engaged in denim fabric dyeing, weaving, and finishing.
The company currently has one combined sizing and dyeing machine and two tow dyeing machines; 192 Picano 220 gamma rapier weaving machines imported from Belgium; a number of post-finishing shrinking machines, mercerizing machines, boarding machines, and automatic vacuum packaging machines; and can produce over one million meters of fabrics of various sorts every month. The company has excellent equipment, advanced technology, is committed to the pursuit of strict quality management system and excellent product quality, and has passed the ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality/environmental management system certification.
The denim series fabrics produced by the company are available in a great number of varieties and designs. Its main product series include cotton, stretch fabric, slubbed fabric, polyester-cotton, and tencel, etc., of grammage ranging from 4 to 14 ounces. The maximum width of the stretch fabric products can reach up to 66/67″.
